The final piece of our ninth ComedyCity 28-Hour Marathon of Comedy wrapped up last weekend with a private show just for the members of the two awesome charities, and the check presentations.

With the help of our awesome fans, and spectacular sponsors, we raised $4515 for the Angel Fund and Families of Children with Cancer.  This came in through raffle ticket sales, pledges and donations.

So where do the comedians of ComedyCity go to laugh? Why, to see entertainer extraordinaire Pat McCurdy, that’s where. And now they don’t have to travel very far because he’s going to be performing right in their De Pere theatre, and everyone’s invited.

If you’ve never seen Pat, you’re in for quite a treat. His website answers the question ‘What kind of music does Pat play?’ thusly: “He plays Pat music. He writes all his own songs, in a variety of styles. One person has said that it is “good drinking music.” It’s really kind of hard to pin down.”

Now, unlike the usual ComedyCity shows, this isn’t for the kids. Pat’s shows are rated a strong PG13 for some language.
