The Charities

"Why the heck would you do 28 straight hours of comedy?," some have asked. Well, cuz we're just that goofy, is one reason. The other is that we want to give back to the community. So, in conjunction with the marathon, we're having a raffle throughout the month of March to raise money for these two exceptional local charities.

Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease among U.S. children, and more than 12,000 new cases of childhood cancer will be diagnosed this year.  Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

The De Pere-based Families of Children with Cancer, Inc., is a nonprofit support group offering financial, social, and educational assistance to patients, families, and long-term survivors of childhood cancer in Northeastern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The Angel Fund for Children with Cancer, Inc., of Green Bay is a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving financial and social support to families residing in Northeastern Wisconsin whose children are receiving treatment for cancer or bone marrow failure.
